I was absolutely shocked by the small pool, it’s like a glorified puddle. Not only that, but the room service was a disaster—a true culinary catastrophe. I expected at least a complimentary upgrade after such inconveniences, but no, apparently all guests are treated the same here. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Main pool feels on the small side!!! A bit uphill to walk from Kata Beach, not ideal for everyone!!! A full-length mirror would be a simple yet effective addition in the villa!!!
