The bed was cozy, offering a great night's sleep. the bar service was super slow.

top-class staff with a smile. the breakfast for vegetarians.

Location not far from many local bars and restaurants nearby as well as nicely arranged garden. Great breakfast with pancakes and egg station, as example - well worth the money. Nice pool, parking onsite: )

I was shocked by the small pool, it's like a glorified puddle. Not only that, but the room service was a disaster-a true culinary catastrophe. I expected at least a complimentary upgrade after such inconveniences, but no, apparently all guests are treated the same here. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The villas are very breezy and conveniently located close the beach, yet removed from the hustle of the town.

The staff were not very friendly and their working fashion is a bit inflexible.

Room was super spacious, like a real lekker escape, and waking up to jump straight into the pool from our balcony was bliss. Breakfast was on point too, with fresh omelettes made just how we wanted. The staff were friendly and so helpful, always ready to assist us without any fuss.

Just a bit noisy at times from other guests, kinda bliksem sometimes when you're trying to relax.

Eweryting vas good,but only, washing crew ? close down the aircondition when we go out from the room. I understand they want to save el power,but spesiel the first days in Thailand is very warm for a "farang" So is good to come back to a cool room and don,t use a hour to cool it down again. If you want to get scandinavin turist,so maybe get tv canals from Norway -Sweden, and Danemark

Reasonably large and well-appointed room with an en suite bathroom.

Main pool feels on the small side!!! A bit uphill to walk from Kata Beach, not ideal for everyone!!! A full-length mirror would be a simple yet effective addition in the villa!!!

The staff was very friendly and always here to help. The villa was very nice, clean, spacious and had everythinh we needed. Right next to the swimming pool which was nice and if you walk around, the landscape is nice as well. It was quiet but maybe in high season it will be different, it will all depends on your neighbours. The other swimming pool next to the garden villas was nice too. Both garden and swimming pool villas they have bars. The location is good as it is quiet and 5 min walking distance to the center, the beach, restaurants, shops...All the best to Kata Lucky Villas!

We have stayed at this brand-new hotel previously and will come back. The property is spotless and reasonably spacious, has very friendly staff and exceptionally nice and unbeatable location close to Red Duck restaurant which is incredible. The breakfasts are great in the hotel, with egg station and pancakes, as example.

The room offered direct access to the pool, great for refreshing dips anytime. The staff were great, always ready to assist with a smile 😊. The location was nicely quiet at night, but still close to the beach and shopping area.

The food options could be improved, as room service was less than satisfactory on a couple of occasions.

The pool access room is great and fantastic.

The staff when we checked in was good but when we check out the staff was not so frndly and also the was a extra 3 % charges on the visa card what was not informed us before, the amount was small but the should inform us when we checked in.

the hotel was good and quiet place to relax.
